The production process of organic frozen fruits starts with the reception of raw material (organic fruits). After cleaning, washing and inspection stages, organic fruits are trimmed, pitted and cut (for diced and sliced organic frozen fruits). After the blanching stage, organic fruits are cooled down, sorted and passed through cooling tunnels in order to perform the individual quick freezing process. After the final grading and packaging in to desired bulk pack sizes, IQF organic fruits (Individually Quick Frozen) are transferred in to the cold storage. In addition to the individual quick freezing process, sometimes organic fruits are block frozen in order to be processed further for the production of organic fruits puree and similar organic ingredients.

Bulk packed organic frozen fruits are key raw materials for the production of various organic food products in an extensive range of industrial applications. Saving on raw material price and transportation cost are very important parameters for all industrial scale operations.
